JBT’s renewed focus on Customer Care and cutting-edge primary and further processing technologies will be key elements of the JBT presence at the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) 2020, which takes place in Atlanta, Georgia from January 28-30.
This year’s edition will see JBT bring a total of three booths to IPPE, comprising two, adjacent 5,000 sq ft booths: one focusing on raw product handling and the other on further processing, as well as a standalone site for one of the most recent additions to the JBT family, Prime Equipment Group.
JBT Avure, the specialist in High Pressure Processing (HPP), will further augment the JBT presence with the participation of Avure’s Dr Errol Raghubeer in the 2020 IPPE TECHTalks. Dr Raghubeer, who has been involved in novel food processing technologies for over 25 years, will deliver a presentation examining High Pressure Pasteurization where ultra-high pressure purified water is used to keep packaged food pathogen-free to stay fresh longer. Foods processed in this way include everything from ready meals through to salads, seafood, fruits and vegetables, and baby food.
JBT Marketing Communications Manager Toni Fant said: “We will be taking the opportunity of IPPE 2020 to showcase our expanding capabilities from primary to further processing, including those available through our recent acquisition Prime Equipment.
“We will also be featuring our commitment to customer care. With our recent shift from aftermarket support to an emphasis on customer care, we have brought on board a number of new personnel who will be helping us make that a big focus this year.”
JBT will be exhibiting at IPPE 2020 in Booths B5035, B5235 & B7219 (as Prime Equipment) at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, Georgia from January 28-30, 2020.
