JBT alco will be showcasing its ability to deliver consistently effective, innovative solutions for processors of all sizes – including suppliers for some of Europe’s largest fast food restaurants – at Anuga FoodTec 2024, with the emphasis on increasing efficiencies and delivering savings.
As part of its presence at the food trade exhibition, which takes place in Cologne, Germany from 19-22 March 2024, alco will be showcasing the latest iterations of several best-selling solutions, including the HotCook AHC, the Spiral Oven ASH, the Flattening Machine ASP and an entire coating line.
For companies looking to scale-up but not yet at the stage of making large-scale investments in processing machinery, alco’s solutions offer a means of benefiting from state-of-art systems at a price point suited to processors large and small alike.
JBT alco Sales Director, Volker Paland, says: “Anuga FoodTec provides us with the opportunity to show our equipment and to meet people from all over the world. It also allows us to meet new and existing customers and update them on our latest developments in terms of delivering high-quality equipment.”
Winning solutions
In the case of the HotCook AHC, alco will showcase a multifunctional solution that combines searing, simmering and cooking in a single machine. The system has proved so popular that it is now in widespread use among sauce processors in southern Europe, but Paland believes it has potential for worldwide success.
“You can mix, cook, sear and chill in one machine,” he says. “It can be used consistently for a huge range of products, from ready meals and stews to sauces and soups – the same machine can be used for an extensive range of applications.”
Complementing the presence of the HotCook is the Spiral Oven ASH, a professional single-stack oven, which combines high quality with high capacity.
For customers lacking the floorspace for a larger, TwinDrum oven, the single-stack ASH enables them to save space and an additional investment. “Quite often, customers don’t need capacities which require a twin-stack oven, so this allows them to have a really professional piece of equipment which doesn’t take up as much room,” Paland adds.
Most reliable equipment on the market
Rounding out the alco presence at Anuga FoodTec 2024 will be key elements from a complete Coating Line, which will demonstrate alco’s ability to deliver high quality, reliable coating solutions for processors across the continent.
Customers will be able to view the Preduster ABM, the Battering Machine APN and the Breading Machine APT – three systems which combine with the Dipper ADT and the Drum Breader ADB to provide a complete solution for coatings. According to Paland, the solution is in high demand from coatings processors, thanks to user-friendly controls, easy-to-clean designs and high levels of operator safety.
“Many of the big processing plants which produce coated chicken pieces for fast food chains use our coating line because they see it as the best and most reliable equipment they can find on the market,” he adds.
JBT alco will be exhibiting at Anuga FoodTec 2024 in Hall 6.1, Stand D090 F119 from March 19-22, 2024 in Cologne, Germany.
